With House of Fraser, study is done about Debenhams which is operating in retail sector and having franchisee in different countries. They have variety of products as women and men fashion, cosmetics, luggage, garden products, etc. If this organisation also decides to renovate in better and effective manner.

In order to evaluate and determine changes, it will be easy and appropriate and understand changes with change in operations. There are internal as well as external forces which gets affected hence it is essential to read and make clear changes over it. With change, not only workers but also employees are facing problems, managers and leaders have to change their guiding and monitoring approaches (Fairman and Mackenzie, 2015). So it is clear that change affects leadership, team and behaviour of employees as well.

This is first step in PDCA model which comprises of activities to collect and research information about main cause of issue. In case of House of Fraser there are issues related to losses, less growth and to change according to modern environment is forcing company to introduce changes in organisational structure. This stage is characterised in providing clear understanding about the issues and the reasons behind it so that solutions can be find out and to minimise the negative impacts.
